1967 Plymouth Sport Fury Convertible *Numbers Matching *383 4 Barrel Carb *Dual Exhaust *Factory Bucket Seats and Console Shift *Power Front Disc Brake Kit Included *New Convertible Top Included This rare MOPAR has the Original Numbers Matching Engine, Transmission and Rear Axle. All drivetrain components are in great condition. Very strong 383 B engine with 4 barrel carb. Console shift 727 Torqueflight 3 Speed automatic transmission shifts perfectly. Good driveline and U-Joints. Good rear axle. No noise or hums from the 2.76 to 1 gear ratio rear axle. Very low miles (approx 500) on 383 engine and transmission that were both rebuilt at the same time. Engine runs very strong, smooth, noise free, leak free, smoke free and newer dual exhaust system sounds .....thunderous. FEATURES: New Top - Ready to install. Torsion Bar Front Suspension. Dual Flowmaster or Flowmaster style Exhaust, Hydraulic roof retractor mechanism, Factory buckets and console, Factory Electric Windows, Factory Electric Door Locks. Factory Power Brakes, Factory Power Steering, New Radial Tires still have the "nubs". Rare "Knock - Off" hubcaps. Engine is spotless and is exactly as shown in the photos below. Perfect original bumpers, grill, headlight bezels and hood trim. Exterior body panels are solid and nearly rust free as shown. Body seams line up nicely. Doors shut easily and hinges are good. Current color of the car is a result of a coat of red primer covered with a light coat of black. This was done to highlight high and low areas for block sanding and final paint prep. New front disc brake package complete with rotors calipers, master cylinder, power brake booster and new brake lines is included on the parts car. Wheel bearings are good. Front end and suspension components are all good. All tail light lenses are included and in excellent condition. Power steering works fine and does not make noise or leak. Rides nicely, steering is tight and the alignment is good. Front bucket seats are intact and the vinyl, springs and padding are in good condition. All electrical system components function properly. Floors in the front seat area and seat mounting are great. Needs rust repairs. The RR seat area floors is rusted. The inside of the trunk has some rust and a large hole on the right side. Rust also in the RR inner rear quarter / trunk area where there is a hole that is hidden from view. Rust repairs would require replacement parts (all patch panels provided - parts car) be installed by a pro. Windshield is cracked. Missing rr quarter window. Missing "Sport Fury" Badging. Has a clean fuel tank that needs to be installed. New disc brake master cylinder needs to be installed. Currently has carpeting, but it is faded. Needs door panels recovered or replaced. Needs rear seat recovered.*All interior parts have been sourced and are readily available for purchase, brand new. Dash has a crack. Door and trunk locks need to be re-keyed Optional bonus parts car - 1967 Fury III hardtop that has all the metal pieces you might need to do any and all of the necessary repairs. Photos below. All parts needed for repairing the convertible have been checked thoroughly for any rust issues and are in excellent shape. The parts car is nearly complete minus the engine and trans. It has a brand new front disc brake conversion, (rotors, calipers, master cylinder, power brake booster and brake lines), installed but never used.
