This is a ford 250 1969 good humor truck. I successfully operated it comercially for 7 years from 2003-2010. i'm leaving the country and am selling my assets. It needs some very basic start up maintenance; oild change, new air filter, clean the spark plugs and check the gas. the transmission is in good shape having been replaced only a few thousand miles ago. the brakes are good, replaced the old drums with proper disc brakes. it still has the leaf spring suspension i bought it with but added an air shock system. the compressor that runs the freezer is fully functional. the freezer is sound. the exterior needs a paint touch up. the hood and front end are from a 72 ford. I installed a retractible stop sign on the driver side to increase safety. the gas gauge does not work and the gas tank has a leak above the half way mark. power steering. it still has the original factory plate certifying it as a 1969 ford good humor. this truck needs a little love, but it will never quit! being that there are so few left on the road ( i've been told there are about 1,000 or less) it is a true collectable antique. it will be hard to say goodbye, I hope who ever takes it next treats her right!
