'67 Ford Mustang fast back. The car is complete, but has a lot of rust, it is worse in the front end but there is some through the whole car. Fastbacks are getting extremely hard to find, especially this year. It was ordered with some very nice and rare options, such as the convenience control panel, upper and lower console, power disc brakes, Power steering, Interior decor group, aluminum interior, hardback deluxe seats, deluxe seat belts. This car has not been stripped and parted out, it still has every thing with it. It was originally an automatic car according to the marti report, but was converted to a manual shift car about 20 years ago using a ford 4 speed top loader with manual floor shift console. Still has the 289 in place. The car was running a few years ago, and ran strong did not smoke. Transmission shifted smoothly with no issues. I was going to repair the cowl where water had started leaking in when it would rain and when I started removing parts to get the cowl off the rust was much worse than I had thought it was. The back side of the shock towers are rotted, the front frame rails are also rusted, the frame rails where the front bumper mounts has rot also. I have owned this car since 1999. I bought it in Minnesota which accounts for the rust, but it had very rare options I had never seen before such as the convenience control panel. Much of the car is still in great shape, but just as a lot of hidden rust. The fold down rear seat trap door is in great shape with no speaker holes cut in it. I can send pics of any thing on the car you would like to see. the front, (fenders, hood, grill, and bumper) are currently off the car but do go with it. Some interior parts have been removed in the back seat area but they are all there. The car has all its parts with it, and some new parts such as a headliner. LOCAL pick up only, or payment in advance and you must arrange for your own transportation. The car does not run as of right now. 500.00 deposit due at end of auction.
