We are the 2nd owner of this BMW in which we purchased it a little over 5 years ago when it had 42k miles on it. In 2008 we had a small fender bender with light damage to the front fender and bumper, repaired by a top notch body shop with new parts, since we have owned it SUV has been serviced and maintained by a BMW Dealer with the exception of oil changes which were done sometimes locally because the closest BMW Dealer is 90 miles from our hometown. SUV was just replaced a couple of weeks ago with a new one and ready for a new owner. The BMW is in great running and driving condition, SUV is not a wreck or rebuild, has clean title, the negative things about it are the sunroof does not work properly, two of the tires are new and two of the tires have considerable wear and will need to be replaced soon, it has a dent on the hood, a small dent and spot on the molding of the passenger front door, two scratches on the side rear quarter but not big ones (up close photos of these can be sent by request), a piece of window molding is missing from the drivers side rear quarter window (doesn’t leak or anything just cosmetic), the leather seat material on the back side of the head rest where the flat screen t.v.’s were installed is pulling away from the top of the screens, other than that the vehicle cranks right up, shifts out great, air conditioning is cold, heat is hot and waiting on a new owner!
