Out of State Buyers
Out of state buyers are not charged tax, title, or license if we ship the vehicle to them out of state. The customer is responsible for registering the vehicle in their home state. Out of state buyers who pick up the vehicle in CA and dirve it out of state are required to pay CA State Sales Tax. In most cases if you pay sales tax in CA you will not have to pay it in your state when you register the vehicle. Please confirm this with your DMV before purchasing the vehicle if you intend to pick it up in CA and drive it home.
Taxes and Fees
In state buyers, will be charged state and local taxes, title, registration, and documentary fees. Our documentation fee is $55. All sales transactions must be completed within 7 days of auction close. Out of state buyers who pick up the vehicle in CA and drive it out of state are required to pay CA State Sales Tax. In most cases if you pay sales tax in CA you will not have to pay it in your state when you register the vehicle. Please confirm this with your DMV before purchasing the vehicle if you intend to pick it up in CA and drive it home.
Deposit
We require a $500 deposit within 48 hours of winning the auction. Please call the dealership to make arrangements for payment.

Understand this is only to protect the integrity of the auction. Winning bidder must contact the dealership within 24 hours of the auction close and the purchase transaction completed within 5 calendar days.
