This is basically a one owner car. My mother passed away and thru the estate, it had to be titled in the executors name (my brother) before I could bring it out of state where I had it titled in my name. So, hypothetically, it's been a family owned car but titled 3 times. The car has been garage kept the life of the car except the last 3 weeks. It's a Pennsylvania car but was never in the weather. Mom bought it new and babied it. It's a smoke free car with only 64,373 miles and runs like a dream. It gets 25-27 MPG local driving, and 29-32 MPG on a trip. There's only 3,400 miles on all four of the tires, and was serviced every 5,000 miles by my brother who worked at the dealership where mom bought it building Honda motorcycles. As far as I can see there's a very small ding on the drivers door (probably from WAL-Mart parking lot) and a tiny scratch on the back bumper which will be included with the photo's. Other than what I just explained the car is as nice as you'll find anywhere. The car will not be released until all funds have cleared.
