MARTI REPORTFor 1970, the Torino was no longer part of the Fairlane name but was it's own model. With all new looks and style the 1970 Ford Torino was wider, lower, and longer with aerodynamic lines and was voted Motor Trend Magazine's Car of the Year.The Grabber Green Torino GT (1 of 54 with white knitted vinyl bucket seats) you see here is an extremely rare example of Ford's iconic muscle car. This 351-4V powered GT is just 1 of 4 ordered with hideaway headlights, 2 of those 4 cars were ordered with the Argent Styled Wheels. (as seen in the pictures the hideaways were were replaced in 1990 and the argent wheels are not fitted, but these rare options can be put back and add value to the car). It is the ONLY 1970 Torino GT with the above options this Torino is the 1 that was ordered with a Shaker Hood Scoop! The car is truly ONE OF A KIND! Other desirable options include an automatic transmission and A/C! We understand that the first owner took the car off the road about 1990.The car remained in storage until 2008. Since then the car was returned to driveable condition. Further cosmetic restoration is needed.The car runs and drives beautifully. The "sweep" tachometer works great. As you can see from the pictures, this is a very solid example. We did find evidence of repair to the driver side front fender. The interior is in excellent condition for its age. 1970 FORD TORINO GT 351 RARE! MARTI REPORT

For 1970, the Torino was no longer part of the Fairlane name but was it's own model. With all new looks and style the 1970 Ford Torino was wider, lower, and longer with aerodynamic lines and was voted Motor Trend Magazine's Car of the Year.

The Grabber Green Torino GT (1 of 54 with white knitted vinyl bucket seats) you see here is an extremely rare example of Ford's iconic muscle car. This 351-4V powered GT is just 1 of 4 cars ordered with hideaway headlights! Just 2 of those 4 cars were ordered with the Argent Styled Wheels. It is the ONLY 1970 Torino GT with the above options that was ordered with a Shaker Hood Scoop! The car is truly ONE OF A KIND! Other desirable options include an automatic transmission and A/C!

The car runs and drives beautifully. The "sweep" tachometer works great. As you can see from the pictures, this is a very solid example. We did find evidence of repair to the driver side front fender. The interior is in excellent condition for its age. We believe the car to have had just one repaint.
