Vehicle Detail

1967 mustang coupe restoration project. This is an original 289cu "A" code factory four barrel car, with automatic trans. This is a manual steering, manual drum brake car. The original exterior color is burnt amber with the deluxe trim package, optional hood with turn signals, pop-open gas cap, wheel opening trim etc. The interior is saddle colored with the deluxe package, with upper and lower consoles, stainless trim accents, clock in dash, and seat belt warning light. The car is also equipped with factory a/c. As far as condition goes, the previous owner stripped the engine bay and repainted it. He told me he replaced all the front suspension parts, control arms, ball joints, sway bars bushings, tie rod ends. I don't have any reciepts for the parts but they appear to new. The previous owner also has replaced both driver and passenger floor pans, they are installed but will require finish work. I have personally replaced the rear leaf springs, shackle bushings, rear shocks, front grille, front kick panels, reverse lights, used rear valance, newer reproduction bumpers, also included a new carpet kit. As far as the body goes it has very little rust damage. The right front fender has a hole about 2 1/2 inches around at the bottom near the rocker trim. The driver qtr. panel has a few very small pencil sized holes above the wheel opening, the previous owner had attempted weld them. The rest of the body is extremely rust-free, aprons, torque boxes, frame rails, rockers, trunk drops, wheel wells, doors, hood and deck lid. Interior is in fair shape, appears to be mostly complete, original dash pad has no cracks, I do have the deluxe seat belts but they are not pictured. Engine and trans appear to be original but should be verified by purchaser to be sure. The previous owner claims the car was running when he dissembled it 10 years ago. It is currently not running, the engine and trans are just sitting in the car not hooked up. If you have any questions feel free to ask.
