Up for Sale I have a Red with some rust Fiat X1/9 Bertone with 60k miles. This unit is mainly a parts car and I will detail the pros and cons of this vehicle. Pros: The car starts fine and runs fine. The motor seems sound and doesn't seem to use oil abnormally. My opinion is the motor is sound and this is its main selling point. Cons: The transmission is a five speed, the reverse works well which is a common defect but the reverse if fine. However it recently started jumping out of 5th gear. This could be something as simple as an adjustment since the previous owner cut down the shift lever to make it a short throw. I am not a mechanic. Pros: The vehicle has new tires on it less than 1000 miles. The con is that I had a flat tire and Walmart did not quite have the right size so the tires may rub slightly on sharp turns but doesn't damage anything. Usually its when you hit a turn real sharp on a slow tight turn. Generally as the tires wear this will go away. Cons: No radio or Antennae but does have the original digital clock which works fine. Cons: Windshield wiper motor has a short, pros the windshield wipers will move however slowly. Con: Its been outside and it does have rust, one light has to be manually turned down although it will come up electrically. Basically this is a parts car for someone. Trunk hinge is broke but shuts. Numerous small problems, some door trim loose. Will consider offers, I drive it a little each year (without legal plates), if your looking for a motor this would be okay or for other parts. Might consider parting it out also.
