1995 Mercedes Benz E320 Cabriolet – 97,585 miles - Well Maintained - Clean Car - Very Good to Excellent Condition *NO RESERVE!* - LISTING PRICE IS THOUSANDS LESS THAN KELLEY BLUE BOOK VALUE! -- SOMEBODY IS GOING TO GET A REAL DEAL ON THIS! These cars were only made from 1993-1995 and are the last of the high quality hand-made full-sized Mercedes convertibles. Original cost was around $80,000. Polar White exterior, Blue leather interior We purchased this car about 8 years ago with about 82,000 miles on it from a dealer in Florida who had serviced the car for its second owner. We keep the car garaged; only use it on summer weekends, but we have put on about 15,000 miles since we have owned it and have taken it on some nice road trips. It is a strong, sturdy, reliable car in very good to excellent condition all around – not a mint show car, but hard to believe that it is 18 years old. It looks more like a very well maintained 5 year old car. Driving/Suspension: The car is a dream to drive. It is sturdy, smooth and solid. 4 wheel disk brakes, shocks and front suspension were all redone over the past few years and the car holds the road and handles beautifully. Mechanical Condition: Engine starts, idles, runs and accelerates smoothly and powerfully. (It has a quirk – sometimes it needs to be started in neutral rather than park – I am told this is a minor “neutral starter switch" adjustment). Professionally rebuilt transmission (a few years ago) upshifts and downshifts smoothly. The A/C blows cold and the power top functions properly. New battery this Spring. Original owner's manual and books and wallet/folder. Exterior Condition: Paint still has its original luster and the car looks great. Finish is in excellent condition, but not perfect – there are a couple of very minor imperfections - a few areas of minor discoloration on the rear bumper and lower body moldings. No rust ever. The wheels are beautiful polished aluminum wheels from a later model – authentic Mercedes-Benz equipment -- nicer than, but not the original ones. Michelin tires all around only have a couple of thousand miles on them and have about 90% of their tread remaining. The blue canvas convertible top is nearly like new, no creases, tears or flaws. Interior Condition: Very good condition. The leather seats are in very good shape for their age – no tears, but normal creases from use and age. There are no smells of any kind inside. The carpets are in very good condition; – original equipment Mercedes logo carpet mats replaced about 5 years ago also in very good condition. The burl wood dashboard moldings are in good condition. The headliner is in excellent condition. The plastic latches on the back seat belt latches are broken, but the belts work. This is a car you will enjoy owning and driving!
