*** The check engine light is on indicating a "P0244 TurboSuper Charger Wastegate Solenoid A" code. I have no more patience or time to waste with this car and am taking a huge loss. I have replaced the turbo after getting a "random misfire" check engine code (after a diagnostic check showed the turbo was bad). While replacing the turbo, I also replaced the exhaust manifold, as well as putting in new irdidum platinum spark plugs. Two weeks after getting the car back from the shop the check engine light comes back on with the wastegate solenoid code. I have completely lost interest in this car and just want it gone. This could very well be a cheap fix in replacing a solenoid but i just don't have the time to mess with it anymore. THE CAR DOES RUN AND DRIVE FINE except under hard acceleration it will misfire. I've driven it for a couple of days without it misfiring. That being said, this car is a pleasure to drive. It floats effortlessly along the road and feels very sturdy. Within 15 seconds at the push of a button, the top tucks away and you are cruising with the wind in your hair. The sound system is amazing (even with the top down at highway speeds). Not a single button on the dash has faded. The window tint keeps the car surprisingly cool. The cream colored leather nicely offsets the black paint. The body and paint are in excellent shape.
