Car is being relisted due to "fantasy bidder". Winning bidder claimed he did not bid on car. Relisted with lowered reserve. 1961 Buick Lesabre 4 door no post hardtop. 401 nailhead v8 with automatic transmission. Excellent running and driving vehicle. No mechanical issues at all. Engine runs perfectly with no leaks or burning oil. Starts first crank everytime. Transmission shifts smooth with absolutely no slip. Smooth and powerful. Drives straight with no pulling or swaying. Amazing on the back roads and at highway speeds. Have taken it on many 50 plus mile road trips with no problems at all. No rattles or squeeks at all. All gauges and lights in good working order including interior courtesy lights. Gas gauge is tempermental, sometimes showing full until half tank. Newly rebuilt generator and new voltage regulator. Vintage wide white polyglass tires with original hubcaps. The interior in good shape with some tearing of the upholstery. Top of rear bench and rear deck sun damaged. Driver's side kick panel missing. Original factory AM radio working. Rare tilt speedometer with working speed alarm. Dash clock does not work, unsure why. Some peeling of chrome and some bubbling of old bodywork but still in great shape. Soft spot in driver's floor and some rot on the underside of the driver's side rocker panel. Other floors, trunk and frame in good shape. Trunk only has surface rust. Original owner's manual. Great low cost daily driver. Turnkey ready, needs nothing to drive this car anywhere, anytime. Very low reserve. You will not find more car for the money. Extra carpet and upholstery material comes with car along with new trunk gasket and some extra chrome trim pieces.
