1968 BUICK ELECTRA 225 CONVERTIBLE For your consideration is this original, complete 68 Buick Electra conv. This car still has its original 430 engine and auto. trans. The car has been repainted over 20 years ago and has been sitting ever since. The blue interior is original and in pretty good shape except for the carpet. The body is very decent, the rear quarters have had some rust repair in the past and the floors will need to be patched. The trunk floor has some light rust; the rest of the body appears good. The car has been parked since late 1992; I bought the car, replaced the fuel pump, plugs and wires, & changed the oil. The car is running and can be driven on a trailer. The exhaust was rusted and dragging the ground, it has been removed just past the y-pipe. The 430 sounds good, it smoked when it first started after sitting so long but cleared up quickly. I have a one gallon jug connected to the fuel pump to run the car on. This is a hard to find car that would be a nice car restored or make an excellent parts car. If you own a full size Buick than you know how hard parts are to find for these cars and this one is complete. A $250.00 deposit is due within 24 hours via Pay Pal. The balance is payable in cash, cashier’s check or money order within 10 days of sale date. Title will be handed over to the new owner after car has been paid for.
