You are looking at a rare car. The body is very straight and shows little if any rust. The photos show the condition of the floors in both the passenger area and trunk. There is no sign of rust. The title which indicates 64,295 miles states the mileage is orignal! Two really unique features of the car are the straight axle front suspension and the drivetrain. I do not know anything about front suspension except that the car steers and stops very well. Looking at photos of the car you might expect a 427 ci or similar engine. But the drivetrain is apparently the original 6 cylinder/ automatic transmission that the car came with when new. In addition to the straight front axle the car departs from the original in that it has a fiberglass "thunderbolt" hood scoop molded to the steel hood. It also has a very nice set of 14 inch Cragar wheels, small in front and wide in the back. So the car has lots of possibilities. You can install your big block or drive to your car shows while enjoying the quiet 6 cylinder and automatic transmission. The car also comes with a good rear bumper and a new EZ Wiring 21 circuit wiring harness. The car is currently in New Mexico which is probably why it has no apparent rust. Shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser but I will be happy to help drive the car onto a transporter.
