It is number 155 of 249 ever produced. If you are seriously considering one of these great cars I will spare you the history and details of the only car Carroll Shelby ever built from the ground up since I bet you already know the whole story. CONDITION:The cosmetic condition is as-new. The car has never been hit or damaged. The paint is in perfect condition except for two small touched- up rock chips on the lower left nose of the car. The wheels are perfect. The seats, carpets, door panels and dash are in perfect condition. It has been professionally detailed inside and out. Mechanically the car is in perfect order. It has never been modified, tracked or abused and has been fully inspected and fully serviced by Layland Motors which is the best independent high-end service shop in the area. HISTORY: This car was purchased by a local Ford enthusiast who enjoyed his collection of fine Mustangs, T-Birds, Shelby’s and other rare cars. As part of the buying process the owner even met Carroll Shelby! The car has always been kept in his HUGE climate-controlled garage full of cars, tools and collectible automotive memorabilia. It was only driven a handful of times. Unfortunately the owner has since passed away and his family has asked us to sell this wonderful car on their behalf. PRICE: We believe this car is priced VERY fairly and considerably less than comparable cars available from dealers. All Sales are final, no exceptions. Deposit of $1000 must be made by Paypal within 3 business days or less. Remaining balance must be paid in full within 7 days of the end of the auction. We will help arrange shipping or we can pick up the winning bidder from any local airport. Vehicles are sold in "AS-IS" condition. Some vehicles may still be covered under factory warranty. Please ask for details. All Inspection and Questions must be completed within due time of an auction ending. A Pre-Purchase inspection (if desired) can be made. We can recommend local places and provide you with options for your inspection if desired. We will also bring the car to the local (Akron Area) inspection location free of charge. HOWEVER, All appointments and inspection fees must be made and paid for prior to us delivering the car to the inspecting location. All bidders must have pre-approved loans/financing or must be able to pay cash for the vehicle. Financing must be secured prior to bidding. Sales will NOT have dealer fees, documentation fees or taxes. It is the responsibility of all buyers to register and pay applicable taxes in their home state. Payment must be made by wire transfer. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs however we can arrange shipping if desired. Seller reserves the right to end the auction early.
