Excellent Condition 2008 Toyota Yaris Hatchback | Automatic Transmission | Gas Mileage = Awesome | Perfect economy car | Amazing interior storage | No rips on seats | By-the-book Maintenance by Toyota Dealer (every 5K miles) | Under Warranty Still - POSITIVES - Basics:Great gas mileage (EPA 29 city / 35 highway, or more depending on how you drive).Very low current mileage (31,500)Good/Spunky pick-up in speed for its class, on-ramps are no problemHatchback design excellent for storage space in back, I loved this...More than adequate space for legs in back seatWindshield wipers and sprayers still greatSeats 5 with seat-beltsEVERYTHING WORKS WELL (gas-cap, air-conditioning, dual air-bags, power-steering, seat adjustments, etc.)Small luxuries of life: Storage Compartments: 3 compartments built into dash (including a storage compartment behind the steering wheel), 7 cup holders (including 4 built into side panels), and 4 central shelves for whatever small items ( I always put an iPod, pen and pad of paper, and business cards in there)Dash lights: (ability to dim / brighten dash lights)Speaker System: (still great quality sound & bass, plug in iPod with simple audio cable, MP3 / CD player, AM/FM radio)All original accessories in great shape: (trunk hider, floor mats, spare tire, road-side tools, manuals) - NEGATIVES - Negatives (for the judicious...): Library parking garage incident of 2010: Scratch and minor dent by front left wheel rim. Scratch can be buffed out, two pictures included. Only incident with the car. Throwback crank windows: Brings me back, and makes me happy, but you may feel differently. No Power locks: The car still locks! Power locks can always be installed, too.Negatives (for the OCD...): Sometimes my shoes were dirty: The driver's side floor by the pedals is not perfectly black like the rest of the carpet. Sometimes the drivers side floor mat moves: A small black plastic hook the size of two thumb-tacks broke that helps hold the floor mat in place. The other floor mats did not come with these holders.Small interior panel scratches from loading things: When I put the seats down to load large items, sometimes I nicked the side. Nothing alarming and you may not even notice them. Minor scratches on hub-caps: Not much to say, there are pictures of each hub-cap. Again, nothing alarming here.
