Up For Auction is an INTERNATIONAL HARVERSTER SCOUT 800. It was manufactured sometime between 1965 and 1969, I searched for over an hour online trying to decode the chassis number, with no luck. I do not know if a title exists, so I am selling the vehicle as is, with a low reserve. If I locate the title, I will ammend my listing. The Chassis Number is: 780901G212336 The vehicle has a 100 inch wheelbase and a 196 ci 4 cylinder engine. I was told it runs, but I was unable to get it to turn over. I did not work on it for long, but I the problem is an electrical one as I can only get spark from inside the distributor.
