For sale No Reserve, 2001 Nissan Xterra automatic transmission, 4 wheel drive model SE, has been wrecked air bags deployed, not registered or licensed, Ebay requires condition of vehicle to be new, certified pre-owned or used. This vehicle is used but not currently registered. SOLD AS IS, WHERE IS, has a branded title/Salvage. Buyer is responsible for knowing Salvage title, Salvage repair and Salvage registration requirements for the state they intend to register vehicle in. Vehicle starts, runs and lot drives, has 59,421 miles. I have an alignment reading from Les Schwabs tires. Right front horn is pushed back, Right side of Vehicle pushed in. I purchased this vehicle as project car, but now need the money. Want to see and, at your own risk, drive vehicle then please contact me. Need more pictures, I can email them. I will then Overnight Express mail several forms that must be signed and returned to me Overnight. These forms will include Notice of Salvage Certificate or Branded Title, Bill of Sale Motor Vehicle and Buyers Guide Acknowlegement. Cash balance of remaining Payment cash must be made within 7 days and time of Vehicle Pickup or if using Vehicle Pickup Service, balance of payment must be made with cashiers check within 7 days. Vehicle will not be released untill cashiers check clears bank and payment is valid. After payment has cleared vehicle must be removed withing 30 days of Auction end. If final payment is not made within 7 days, deposit will be forfeited and vehicle will be auctioned again. If vehicle is not removed within 30 days add $10.00 a day until vehicle is removed.
