Arrival of first child means I am selling some of my collection. For sale my 6.9 and part of what I call my 'Movie Phase". See my other listings. Car was imported from California and is rust free. The outside paintwork is outstanding and the chromework really shines. Inside the leather is in good condition with only slight patina. All gauges work fine. Mechanically the cars engine fires up fine, no smoking or leaks, auto box works without clunks or bangs and drives and stops straight. the all important suspension works with no sagging or issues. Plenty of tread on 4 matching tyres. The only issue I have found is that the sunroof is 'slow'. I have used contact cleaner with the switches and this improves it however I cannot say if it is simple wiring or the motor. The car is a joy to drive with endless torque at the rear wheels. The car was appraised for in Ontario in the $7500-$8500 range. Please remember in Ontario this is not an overinflated value for insurance purpose this is a low figure for registering and paying an extra 13% in tax. I can make that appraisal available by fax. Car comes with large 79esque phone in picture. Also comes with a large number of receipts, insurance documents, previous titles etc. Of note the cars pre-delivery inspection sheet and bill of sale. Options taken were heated front seats $147 each, heated rear seat $294 giving a retail price in 1979 of $52,183.00. As with my other cars for sale the opening bid is not a reflection of the cars value. The car will not be removed from sale so bid with confidence.
