Vince 1986 NISSAN 300ZX TURBO Approx. 49,300K Original Miles The only reason i have to sell the car is because i simply can't afford to have a second car right now and additional car insurance. I litterally selling this car for a fraction of what i got into it so i am taking a huge loss on it. I bought the car with 48K miles so put approx 1,000 miles on it to date. Just inspected last month. Also had synthetic oil change done last month and fuel infection cleaning I am the second owner and owned the car for almost 1 year. Runs really well and doesn't need much at all vs the $15,000 that i invested in the car over the last year. I bought the car last year for $7,000 and paid almost $4,600 to have it repainted from a dull grey to metallic blue(very nice paint job, door jams and all). The front bumber has a little 1/4 inch paint chip which spidered very little. its barely noticable. also spent $1,500 for custom rims & tires, $500 for custom leather seat covers, and thousands more to fix and replace the following: breaks & rotors front & rear new suspension front & rear - converted from electronically adjustable suspension to non-electronically adjustable suspension new DVD CD pop up car stereo K&N air filter new dist cap, wires, rotors fuel pressure rugulator fuel injectors were replaced by Nissan years ago when they had that recall. tinted windows 20% new starter AC compressor,condensor, and drier new strut tower brace new battery Timing belt/ water pump replaced at 37,000 miles back in the mid 1990's- headliner replaced but some places need to be re-glued. New cat back high flow exhaust work needed or reccomended: -fog lights do not work. could be bulbs, fuse, or switch -The Nissan Dealership told me it needs valve cover gaskets replaced but please note it does not leak any oil. The car has brand new high flow cat back exhaust but i believe i hear a slight exhaust leak in the exhaust manifold. --Nissan Dealership gave me a quote of approx $800 to fix both. -the right and left rear view mirrors need new weather stripping/gaskets. -Only in the morning it sometimes needs 2 quick cranks to start in the morning but will start right up the rest of the day. - The AC works but is not as cold as i would like it to be. the AC compressor,condensor, and drier are new so it may need a new vacuum hose or something. -I have mostly all service records since the car was new in 1986. the original owner saved them all. -Also have all the original paperwork,owners manual, nissan repair manual. -Included are original rims with tires which were slightly used, original sterio, original cloth seat covers, original air filter box. also t-top covers&sun visors * please note - car is being sold as is Winning bid is responsible for shipping charges but i can help with arrangements.
