2004.5 Jetta GLI. - Stored winters. NO accidents, dents, dings, rust. Perfect interior. I'm the original owner of this car. I love this car like my children. It comes with an extra set of steel rims with snow tires, although this car has only seen one winter. It is stored from November to April. It has 43k miles on it. The car has been meticulously maintained. In the past year (maybe year and a half) the car had a new exhaust manifold (flex pipe) that was replaced by VW in Augusta, Maine. Under factory warranty no less. Additional maintenance performed in the last year - New plugs, ignition coils, air filter & cabin filter. I have a set of rear brakes pads (oem) that will come with it. The jetta has passed state inspection, so I don't think the pads are needed at this time. I have them for when it's time. I've also had the oil changed with OEM filters and oil every 5,000 miles. This is a very limited edition GLI with 6 speed manual, recaro seats, brushed aluminum trim package, gorilla mats, full black interior, black magic paint, smoked rear lights, BBS wheels, the list goes on. This car is bone stock as VW intended. It has a hi-po engine (awp) that would love to be chipped/modded. It's fast enough for me stock. Every time I take it to the dealership for an oil change. One employee or another begs me to sell the car. I haven't considered it until now. The reason I'm finally selling this vehicle is because I never drive it. Clearly. It has 43k miles. Most of which were put on the car when I lived in Detroit. I now work from home and store the car during the winter. My family and I take our VW Tiguan everywhere because we have two small kids that fit easier in the Tiguan than my GLI. I also don't want them gumming up my mint Jetta. When I have the car out in the summer. I barely go through two tanks of gas before it's time to store it again. It's just not worth it for me to keep it. Between the insurance, and yearly state fees, I just don't get enough use out of it. The car is nearly perfect. The interior is perfect. Exterior has some stone chips on the front of the car and the headlights are oxidized a little. There is also a small tear in the rear bumper cover. It's about three inches wide and not noticeable. I doubt you'll even see it in the photos. I've taken very good care of this car. It was the first car I've ever bought new, and I've babied it to the point of getting a little grief from my wife. It's a fast, gorgeous car. No one else in the country has a GLI that has been babied like this one. I never even dumped the clutch or red lined the car. Seriously. This car has been babied.
