Vehicle Detail

I am selling this vehicle because our new home does not have garage space for it. I have kept it garaged since I purchased it in 2007 and have only driven it in warm and dry weather. It has no body rust and the convertible top is in very good condition. It is a fun car to drive and it operates well. Flaws include: no airbags, discolored sections on front seats on the bottom portion of seat which we kept covered with towels (no rips or weak spots in leather), and it could use a new ignition switch as the key is difficult to remove (it does start easily with key in ignition). It is a sharp looking car and it is pure fun to drive a Mustang convertible. We have this listed locally and reserve the right to end the auction early. This car is at our Indiana home. We are at our KY residence and will drive to Indiana to meet the buyer. I tried to provide pictures of all parts of the car's body to show there is no body damage. If I can find interior pictures saved on one of our computers, I will add them to the listing. As a side note, my feedback rating recently took a hit - my first negative which I would like to "defend" so potential bidders will not worry about my integrity. On May 12th, I mailed six packages to various buyers from our home in Florida right before we returned to KY for the summer. Two of these packages did not arrive in a timely manner to their buyers. One was damaged during transit and the other could not be tracked as it just showed being picked up by post office but no movement. I communicated with both buyers asking them what they would like me to do. One wanted a refund which I did, the other was willing to wait but I told him I did not feel comfortable having his money when he did not have the purchased item and I couldn't get any additional information from the post office about its whereabouts. I refunded his money also for both the item and shipping. We left it that if the pkg arrived he could decide whether to repay me via paypal or return the item to me at our KY address which was the return address on the pkg. The tracking number for that item was 9102150134711358663998 and it was delivered on June 2. I waited a day to see if the individual would let me know he had received the item. He did not. I emailed him that I was notified that the pkg had been delivered to him and to let me know what he wanted to do. After 8 more days without a response from him, I sent another email. Eventually I contacted both ebay and paypal asking for guidance about how to procede. Ebay looked to see if he had opened the messages I sent (he had) and gave me his phone number telling me to call him. I called and left a polite message. Paypal told me to send a second invoice. He cancelled the invoice, went on Ebay and left the negative and inaccurate feedback describing me as a scammer. He still has the items contained in the package and the refunded money. I asked him to retract the negative feedback. He let the feedback revision request lapse without responding. This person, like me, had 100% feedback rating at the time of the auction (he now has a negative from someone else). I don't know what his thinking or problem is because he won't talk with me either on phone or email. I asked him in email how he thought I was a scam artist given I refunded his money and he has both the item and refund but no response. I am trying to get ebay to remove the inaccurate feedback but their parameters for feedback removal are limited to offensive language, links, etc with no regard to the veracity of the comment even though they know I am telling the truth as they can verify the messages sent and not responded to, the pkg delivery date after refund, the failure to subsequently pay for the package, and the feedback left. We have sold big ticket items on ebay (boats, wave runners, etc.) without any problems, negative feedback etc. As you can tell, I find it quite frustrating to be given an undeserved negative!
