I bought this at Bruce Weiner's micro car museum. I was told it would run, engine turns freeley. I had the interior redone in white with blue trim. The body work has already been done as well. I havent even tried to fire it up but with too many projects I just cant get around to getting anything done. below is the description from his website. I dont have a lot of knowledge of this vehicle other than its a neat low low number car.I do have the paper work from Bruce and also some paper work from over seas to registar the car.I will produce a bill of sale as well! I heard maybe 3 left but that only word of mouth. 1951 Kover The Societe Industrielle de Livry, having introduced the Atlas in 1949, brought out a second vehicle at the Paris Salon of 1951. It too adopted the two-seat roadster "pedal car" style of the Atlas, Rolux and Rovin D-2. It utilized the same "house" chassis and AMC motor as the Atlas, incorporating a separate gearbox located near the left side drive wheel and incorporating a reverse. The body was a little more "downscale" than the Atlas, with no doors and lights perched on top of the fenders rather than built-in. The third Livry product was the Biscooter-like Le Piaf. Even more "downscale", it wore more of a rudimentary, utilitarian, Jeep-like body. The Kover was produced for only a short time in very small numbers.
