I am selling my gorgeous Mercedes convertible here on ebay.It is a 1986 560SL model that was bought new in Southern California and has been garage kept its entire life.I have every service record since day one.I even have all the original books,manuals,top tool kit,and the original window sticker.This is a fully documented car with only 66,751 actual miles(very low for its age).This is a highly collectible car that will make someone very happy for years to come.I love the fact that this was the first year for this awesome 5.6 litre V-8 engine that is definitely full of power and totally roadworthy.You just step on the gas and you know you are in a true luxury roadster.Runs and drives very well.Operates great on the open highway.No leaks of any kind.Just a super reliable driver.Tires are in great shape with correct flat argent Mercedes wheels.Full blue leather interior is in pristine shape.Original dash pad is crack free.Nice burl wood.No rips or tears anywhere in the interior.Nicely detailed and completely original.The trunk compartment is just as nice with clean carpets.It does have the original spare tire as well as the original tool kit.The car does come with both tops.Hardtop is very nice with good headliner and nice trim and glass.The convertible top is the original blue Mercedes canvas with no rips or tears.Nice bright trim throughout the car.Bumpers are ding free.Nice clean engine compartment.The color combination on this stunner SL is absolutely striking to look at.The silver paint is spotless and immaculate.No rust ever.Accident free.No fading or scuff marks of any kind.Just a beauty to look at whether your at a distance or right up close on the car.This is truly a rare find that I hope can go to a very loving home.The car is ready to go.It is definitely a unique SL because you can follow every step it has gone through since it was brand new,so no guessing about the history or maintenance.
