1973 Plymouth Duster - Purchased from the estate of the original owner. Car spent it's entire life in NY city and was garaged since new. Very nice original condition Plymouth Duster with air conditioning and power steering .The car starts right up and can be driven anywhere. It has a clear original title and has passed NY State inspection this year. The interior of the car is in very good condition. The front seat needs recovering (see photos) but other than that, the entire interior is in very good condition. the rear seats have no tears or seam splits. The dash is in like new condition. All windows and doors open as new. All interior gauges and lights operate like new (gas gauge/ speedometer/ blinkers/ locks/ air conditioning/ wipers/ original radio/ etc... All work) The headliner is in excellent condition. The steering wheel has NO cracks. Even the seat belt buzzer works. The exterior of the car is in very nice condition. The paint appears to be original and looks fair but not nearly perfect. It has normal wear and imperfections etc that would be expected on a car of this age. The body itself appears to be original as well, with no rust. The trunk has no rust and the original spare and jack are in place. The underside of the car frame rails etc... are all in good condition. The original bumper guards and hub caps will be included with the car (see photo), as will the dog dish caps that are on the car now. The engine of the car has been recently tuned. The car has the original 225 slant six engine. The engine compartment looks extremely clean and the engine runs strong and looks good. It's clear that the original owner took care of this car. The car is located in Central NJ and can be viewed most weekday nights and weekend days. I would be happy to show it to anyone who is seriously interested in purchasing. Please feel free to bring your own mechanic to look over the car as well. Overall this is a very nice driver quality classic car. It does not need much. The car is however nearly forty years old and has normal wear and tear as expected for an unrestored car of its age. I've set the reserve at a very reasonable price to sell. While I like the car and wouldn't mind hanging onto it. I just don't have the space or time to enjoy it.
