This is a 1984 VW VANAGON GL----the very 1st year that VW offered a water-cooled vs. air-cooled engine and they advertised it to have 22% more power than previous vans.currently it seats 4 and has a flat 30 sq ft area for whatever pls see pics. It has a recent engine tune-up. Also, the 4 spd manual transmission is better than ever--new shifter base assembly and new fluid,also new clutch master cylinder and slave cylinder---new brake cyl. and fresh DOT4 fluid. inside-new carpet and floor mats-new horn comes with jack and owner's manual and new spare tire--NEW 15" steel rims and radial tires. what it needs is a radio/windshield/speedometer cable clip/sliding door handle -CALL-my cell:985-264-5950 if questions--thanks, Bill--PS: never flooded -- body is in great shape-very very solid and it starts right up with lots of spare VW keys for you......thanks for looking---NOTE: there is a great co. that sells only vanagon parts called 'van cafe folks'--on the web and all parts are available--the co. is located in Santa Cruz, Calif.-bill
