Up for auction today I have this 1994 ford ranger XLT 2wd extended cab truck. I am trying to sell it for an older gentleman who is a close family friend (he is no longer allowed to drive due to vision problems). He is the original owner of the truck and bought it new from Preston ford in Sharon pa and has a lot of maintenance and parts papers from over the years that will be included, including original receipt stating he paid over $23,000 for this truck in 1994. The truck was inspected up until the end of last year and since he couldn't drive no more he let it run out, so its been sitting in his back yard for about 8 or 9 months now. The body on this truck is getting as little rough and there is a hole in the frame in the back end of truck(near spare tire). The truck still runs excellent and starts right up every time, he only drove this truck in town and to Dr. appointments the last couple years which is why it has such low miles. The truck has new(er) kelly charger tires all the way around and a new heater motor was recently put in as well(also has a/c), and the brakes have been recently changed as well. This truck is far from beautiful as seen in pics. but it sure is a strong runner(3.0 v6 engine) and the motor sounds great and the transmission shifts great too. So whether you're looking for a parts truck or a farm truck or even an every day driver(with a little frame work) this truck would be great for you. Some extras on truck are the runner boards and there is a bed liner in bed as well. I'm starting the bid out at a low enough price i believe considering how much value is here in good usable parts alone.
