Vehicle Detail
Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 This is a very original 1973 911T coupe Time Warp with 86k original, documented miles. The car is #s matching with a full file of paperwork with car from new! It has the original owners manual, maintenance record booklet with dealer service stamps, and even the original Blaupunkt Frankfurt radio manual with the serial number hand written in German that matches the radio itself! The car is structurally rock solid. It still has the original front pan which is in great shape. The car has been repainted once with a glass out repaint years ago. It still presents itself very well but still has a few blemishes in certain areas. Attached are pics of those small areas. The interior is one of the nicest interiors I’ve seen in an early 911. It is 100% original with the exception of the original Blaupunkt radio which is included with the car. All the carpet is still the original Velour carpet from 1973! The seats have never been reupholstered and are in excellent shape. The headliner is beautiful. Everything works on the car as it should. Even the original “1973 only” buzzer still works! This car is optioned with 911S suspension, front fog lights, and rare wheel arch trim. I have the original fog lights in a box. One of the fog lights has a cracked lens and the other is in perfect shape. Mechanically the car is superb! It runs and drives fabulous. All front and rear brake calipers have been completely rebuilt, and all new shift bushings installed. It shifts like butter now! The car recently got Turbo valve covers installed, Carrera chain tensioners, engine reseal, brand new clutch installed and at the same time resurfaced the flywheel. The only non original item on the car is the conversion of the original CIS injection to Weber carbs. Make no mistake the engine runs like a banshee, and sounds great. A conversion back to CIS is very simple and cheap to do. The CIS system was miles simpler than the intricate (and expensive) MFI that earlier 911T models had that year. Overall, the car is super original example of an extremely well maintained 73’ 911T coupe. I have a free and clear title.
