1935 Ford 3-Window Deluxe Coupe with Rumble Seat: This is a real solid car that I have owned for 17 years, but I have too many projects and something has to go. You now just realize this is exactly what you have been waiting for! · Car comes with Clear Washington Title · Car came out of Austin Texas in 1995 from a garage and has always been kept in a garage since · Used to be Owned by “Uncle Jay” (Jay Hodgson) a kids show TV personality in Austin Texas · “The Uncle Jay Show” aired on Austin television network KTBC from 1953 until 1977. The children’s program, filmed in front of a live studio audience, was hosted by Jay Hodgson with assistance from Jack Wallace and Willard Dyer. · I have a signed Picture of Jay and a picture of the car as a Hot Rod in front of house (below) · Work that Jay had done; o Motor is a 1952 Ford Truck V8 (ran at time of purchase) Trans and Rear are original o Brakes are 1946 Ford Hydraulic with ‘46 backing plates and drums o Sheet Metal filled roof (still has wood ribs inside) tack welded in o Filled Cowl o Shortened Shifter · Floor boards are rusted in middle section of floor (from behind Front seat to rear before rumble, includes Bitchin Floor kit with center drive shaft tunnel (not installed) · All glass is there (front windshield and passenger window cracked) · Solid Fenders, Doors, & Body and all seams line up, there is no binding on doors · Original gages/dash, Waterfall has clock in it, not Ford original · Body and Fenders are solid, never in major wreck, all panels/seams line up nice · There are no patch panels or body work that is obvious other than the Cowl, Roof and Rear · Rear roll pan damaged with older fix/repair (have new rear EMS clip) · Missing front Bumper irons but have Nice Front and Rear Bumpers with extra Bumper and Bumper guards. · Has what I think is Gas Heater under dash on passenger side. · Has all interior window trim · 1981 Hot Rod Nationals Safety Inspected sticker on windshield along with a NSRA Vehicle Safety Inspection Certification · Original Front and Rumble Seats, Rumble Back is only Springs but Bottom is matching front seat Red/White · Very reasonable reserve, someone is going to be very happy with this car.
