Vehicle Detail
You are bidding on a clear titled 1929 Model A Ford Sedan. The Hot Rod is equipped with the following, original frame (boxed, lengthened 6” and Z’d 16 inches in the rear), 9 inch ford rear with 3.08 limited slip, new seals and brakes on the rear end, speedway QA1 coil over rear suspension, new Lokar emergency brake cables, 4” drop axle front end with new 48 ford Juice brakes and master cylinder, new Vega steering with quick release steering wheel, 1934 ford truck grill with new Griffin aluminum radiator, narrowed 1946 ford dash with new speedometer cable, custom steal seats with loads of leg room, 3” chopped roof and 5” channel on body, there is a complete skeletal (1X1X1/8 square stock) body built inside of the original tin for support and structural safety, 10 gallon fuel tank with shut off under dash, narrowed 46 ford rear bumper (cosmetic only), electrical safety cut off between seats, 23” Lokar shifter mated to a TH350 trans with aluminum cooler. Motor is a newly built ( 50 miles) Chevrolet 305 bored 60 with balanced rotating assembly, Dual Stromberg 97’s with Speedway intake adapter to Holley aluminum intake, new GM 3 wire alternator, new starter, new fuel pump with 3lb regulator for the 97’s. New radial tires on original 5 on 5 1/2 steel wheels. Windshield does not tilt. Side windows are Lexan and were just put in with original regulators to keep the wind off of my wife. All other windows are dark tinted window glass. This car runs and drives great. I built it to make 20+mpg and to have all the power looks and charisma of a 50’s grass roots hot rod.
