1998 Mercedes Benz White ML320 Mechanically vehicle runs and drives great. Exterior needs work. No warning lights on dash. (see picture) - Leather interior [front two seats are heated] - Power windows - Cruise Control -Remote door locks with built in keys (Two Sets) - Power moon/sun roof - Bose factory stereo radio, tape deck, and 6 CD Disc Changer - Front tires are in good condition, rear will need to be replaced soon - AWD, V6, 3.2 liter engine, automatic transmission - Front airbags - All brakes/rotors replaced December 2011 - Lock box under front passenger seat Flaws/Issues: -Dent to right front fender (see picture) -Dent to left rear above taillight (see picture) -Vehicle was "keyed" prior to our purchase. Shallow and filled in with paint in most places, but I included a picture of the worst. -Small road dings on hood (see picture) -Trim paint peeling in a few places -AC very recently stopped working Buyer's Inspection Every effort has been made to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle to you. Seller has tried to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical scratches and dings inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail. This vehicle is being sold " AS-IS " Seller welcomes and recommends a buyer's inspection. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Please make arrangements for inspections well in advance of auction ending. Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees. Seller reserves the right to cancel all bids and end an auction early should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. Negative Feedback Bidders Seller does not allow bidding from negative feedback bidders. Successful Bidder The winning bidder will be contacted via email after the auction closes or he/she must contact seller within 24 hours to proceed with payment/delivery/pick-up arrangements. Non-Paying Bidder If the deposit is not received within 1 business day (24 hours) of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 7 days following the close of auction, seller reserves the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer. Payment Terms: The successful high bidder will submit a $500 non-refundable deposit via pay-pal within 1 business day (24 Hours) of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. The deposit must be made before arrangements for pick-up of the vehicle can be confirmed. Local buyers are NOT exempt from making the deposit. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due within 7 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions and appropriate paper work must be completed before delivery and release of the vehicle. Pickup within 10 days of auction close. $25.00 per day storage after 10 days. If vehicle remains unclaimed after 30 days of auction ending all monies paid will be forfeited and vehicle will be disposed of as we wish.
