It does have some rust. If you are looking for a complete restoration, I do have the patch panels. This truck runs good, but please keep in mind that it is a 50 year old truck with 87,000 miles on it. The 4 Wheel drive does work as it should and this truck will really climb, 4 Wheel, and work. I have used it primarily for a hunting truck for the last 7 years. I would rate this truck as a work truck, not a hop in and go to Vegas truck. However, it would make a nice business or farm truck with your logo on the side wood. Just about every year we pull a $40,000.00 rig out of the mud holes. Lots of grunt for a little money.
