THE HISTORY The X5 xDRIVE48i Sport Activity Vehicle has 54,237 miles on it ... that may seem a bit high to some of you but considering that most people put 15k miles per year on their vehicles and this is actually only 18k miles per year; it is only slightly higher than normal. The VIN is 5UXFE83599L308246. It was built at BMW's Spartanburg Assembly Plant in South Carolina USA in March of 2009. It was sold on Brand New by Braman BMW in Palm Beach on August 3rd of 2009. It was sold to an owner who lived in Delray Beach Florida, a very affluent and quiet area, on a lease with BMW Financial Services. This one and only orignal owner kept the X5 normally serviced and maintained at Braman BMW. After enoying this X5 4.8i for the term of the lease, in April of 2012 and with just 54,224 miles on the odometer, this one and only original owner lease end turned in this X5 4.8i and leased a brand new X6 at Braman BMW in Palm Beach Florida. I was offered the oppurtunity to purchase this X5 4.8i from Braman BMW, which I did, and I am now proud to offer this X5 4.8i for sale here on eBay. THE CONDITION It starts right up and purrs... She is very peppy and I drove it on the highway and looked down and saw I was doing 80 and the engine had plenty more power to give me. The vehicle looks absolutly amazing for its age and mileage although it does have a few stone chips and a few surface scuffs/scratches are evident here and there. The paint is still deep and glossy. The interior shows very little wear... the leather looks very clean and is still plush. The carpeting is still plush and free of any significant staining or tearing. The wood trim is free of any fade or cracking. Some of the rims have some curb rash. The tires on this BMW are Bridgestone Dueler H/P Sport RunFlat's; BRAND NEW P275/40R20's in the front with 100% of tread life left and P315/35R20's in the rear with 25% of tread life left. I have two master keys, the set of carpet floormats, and the full set of owners manuals.
