In addition you are always welcome to come check this quad out and ride/inspect it for yourself before the auction ends to ensure your happiness. Thanks for looking at our auction. ATV: This ATV is a 2010 Honda Rancher 420 ES EFI 4x4. The Rancher line is the best selling line of ATVs in America. It is one of the most versatile, dependable ATVs ever made. It starts with the 420cc four stroke, liquid cooled work horse engine with electronic fuel injection. This is one of very few ATV engines that will go beyond 10,000 miles with just regular maintenance. The engine is backed up by the awesome manual foot shift transmission with high range, low range and reverse. With the foot shift transmission there are no belts to worry about getting wet or slipping. It has on-demand 4 wheel drive meaning that when you need 4x4 you only have to flip a lever. These late model Ranchers can be taken in and out of 4 wheel drive simply by shifting a lever, unlike the older, full time 4x4 version. If you are reading this you probably know about Honda's legendary quality. We get to work on every ATV out there and the simple truth is that Honda's are simply a better made product than the competition. Of course it does come with a clean title. Condition: This machine is in very good used condition. This model doesn't come standard with a speedometer or hour meter so we have to go on condition. Based on tires and overall wear it couldn't have more than 75-80 hours. It runs great and has lots of power. The brakes, transmission, and etc. all work great. It runs perfectly has no leaks, smoke or any other issues. It does have a few normal trail scratches like all used ATVs, but nothing serious or significant. The engine runs perfectly and it does not smoke or leak anything. The original tires and wheels are still in great shape and have lots of tread remaining. So overall you are getting a very nice used ATV at a $100 minimum bid and no reserve. You could go buy a new one for $7000+ or here you pick the price, what more could you ask for? No reserve and no “buy it now”. As for transaction details, We are MLS Powersports, located in Georgetown, Kentucky (40324). We are right off Interstate 75, 15 miles North of Lexington KY and 75 South of Cincinnati, OH. Our preference is that you pick this machine up with cash in person, but we will also accept a certified check or bank to bank wire transfer. It MUST be paid for (not necessarily picked up) within 7 days of the auctions close. We are willing to ship it but you must make the arrangements. If you pick this ATV up in person, we are required by law to charge you 6% Kentucky sales tax. We will provide the winner with a KY Certificate of Sales tax paid. When you title this ATV in your home state they WILL credit the 6% back to you and you will only have to pay the difference (if there is any) to your local sales tax. We do this all the time, do not worry, you will not have to pay sales tax twice. If you have it delivered to you, anywhere outside of Kentucky, you do not have to pay Kentucky sales tax but may still have to pay sales tax in your home state. The only other exception to this sales tax rule is a valid state exemption for farm/agricultural use. We don't need a deposit but if we ship, it must be paid in full first. This machine comes with a clean title that is ready to transfer. It will also come with a bill of sale and proof of being lien free. Canadian Bidders: We sell many ATV's to Canada because it saves you a lot of money. We know the paperwork requirements and what it takes to get it done. However, it is very expensive to have an ATV shipped from door to door due to customs broker fees. If you pick it up yourself or have it shipped to a border town and do your own border crossing you will save thousands vs buying in Canada. We also have a shipper we can direct you to who has many warehouses along the border where it can be shipped to and stored until you pick it up.
