1998 C230 Mercedes Benz. Fantastic car - new tires, new paint, sun roof and low miles. I bought this from an older gentlemen whose family took his liscense. He had it parked in his condo garage for years hardly ever driving it. The garage dripped calcium or something on the roof and his son tried to buff it out and made it worse. When i bought the car I had it fixed and decided to paint the whole car to ensure a color match. The headliner also fell as the car was parked so long, which I also had repaired. I love the car but bought and SLK and now don't need two rear wheel drive vehicles. I swapped rims with my SLK whick I think improved the look of both cars, it now has 5 spoke rims. The car is clean inside and out. The windows were tinted just to darken it up a bit. I also installed new michelin tires and a die hard battery. The car has no issues, I drove it most everyday to work for the last year. A couple minor things worth mentioning, there is a small stain under the rear floor mat on the passenger side where something spilled, the passenger side mirror spring vibrates (I think the spring broke) and a small area of the paint is flaking just about the drivers door. With just under 60K miles on the car, with synthetic oil, this should last for a long, long time. Just and FYI - I run high test in the car, as recommended but was told by the dealer that you could run mid or low grade gas. The car gets almost 30 mpg. I transferred the tag to another vehicle so plan accordingly. This is a no reserve auction, the car has to go as I need the room. $500 deposit within 24 hours, balance due in cash upon pick up.
