Beautiful 1948 Dodge truck in very good condition. I purchased this truck in 2008 and have kept in my garage other than my weekend joy rides. Body is very solid and straight and in good shape. This truck is all original including the flat head 6 cylinder engine, with 3 speed on the floor. The floor starter works and all the gauges except the gas are in good working order. Glass is in good shape and all windows roll with ease. Wood Bed was redone before I purchased the truck and I have refinished and sealed it.. I replaced the battery in 2009 with a brand new 6 volt. The brakes were replaced in 2010. I have two new Coker G78-15 tires that will go with the truck that have never been on the ground. I drive the truck every weekend, usually no more than 10 miles at a time. It has never failed to start since I have owned it. I hate to part with this truck, but I need the garage space. I had it sold through Ebay several weeks ago, but the buyer did not complete the transaction as promised.
