IT WAS PURCHASED DIRECT FROM THE DEALER FOR MUNICIPAL PURPOSES AND IS MAINTAINED AND SERVICED BY MUNICIPAL FLEETS UNTIL SOLD. ITS TITLE IS CLEAR AND READY FOR NEW OWNERSHIP. THE TRUCK IS EQUIPED WITH AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION, DRIVER AND PASSENGER AIRBAGS, AIR CONDITIONING, CASSETTE PLAYER AND INCLUDES ALUMINUM RIMMED TIRES, LIGHT BAR, BED RAIL PROTECTORS AND LINER, A TRAILER HITCH AND PLUG. THE TRUCK HAS LOW MILLEAGE FOR A 12 YEAR OLD VEHICLE, RUNS WELL AND SHIFTS FINE. THE DRIVER’S DOOR HINGE IS IN NEED OF REPAIR OR THE DOOR MAY NEED TO BE REPLACED. THE PASSENGER DOOR HAS A DENT ON IT AND THERE ARE TYPICAL SIGNS OF WEAR AND TEAR INCLUDING MINOR RUST, SCRATCHES, PAINT CHIPPING, ADHESIVE RESIDUE REMAINING FROM WHERE THE MUNICIPAL LOGO ONCE DISPLAYED. If no contact is made within 2 business days we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Under Municipal Disposal guidelines we are not able to offer a “Buy it Now” price. The registered eBay winning bidder is required to be present upon vehicle pickup, unless prior arrangement is made with the seller. Winning bidder is also required to have proper proof of insurance, in accordance with Illinois laws, before we will allow the vehicle to be driven away. If vehicles are being towed or removed on a trailer, insurance requirement does not apply. Buyer is responsible for pickup of this vehicle. Vehicles must be picked up within 7 days of close of auction unless prior arrangements have been made with us. Payment of vehicle must be paid upon pickup of the vehicle. Payment will be accepted in the form of cash, cashiers check or money order. No credit card or personal checks will be accepted. Seller does not provide transportation service for buyers. If vehicle is not picked up within the 7 days or the agreed upon time frame, we reserve the right to relist the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise.
