Vehicle Detail
Technically this is a three owner car. As per the original maintenance book, professor William Palow purchased it new in 1969 fresh out of college. I have spoken to him on several occasions. When leaving south Florida in 1996 his neighbor bought it to flip and I then purchased it.This car is just a pleasure to drive. Response is exactly what you want and expect in an early light weight 911, first year of the long wheel base. There is a list attached regarding just some of what I have done in improvements. Included are, original tool kit, & 14" Fuchs as well as the original radio, door pockets, steering wheel owners manual.....it's just all there. Lots of paper work. This is a wonderful numbers matching car.The original colour was Viper Green with black interior. It underwent a restoration in 93' and the owner opted for color changes. I have a Certificate Of Authenticity. The Webers were rebuilt by Motor Meister in California and it runs & sounds GREAT! This classic starts first time every time. This car has always been maintained, always garaged, never out in foul weather. The engine compartment is dry & clean, original floors , there are the typical oil leaks and the drivers side rear bumper is not in exact allignmet. Driver's side seat shows some separation in the seams. I have owned several early 911s through the years and have some idea as to what is a nice example and in my opinion this is a very nice example. Mark Donohue test drove the 1969 Porsche line up and chose the 911T best overall. This 911 has a true and traceable history. Thank you for viewing.
