It has undergone a full mechanical and cosmetic restoration, and can be driven daily. The prior restorer/owner drove the car every day to work and put 7160 miles on the car in the last 11 months (since completion). New: sheet metal, paint, floors, rebuilt engine, overdrive, sport suspension, seats, tires, brakes, etc. It is ready for your enjoyment now! Body and Frame: -No accident damage anywhere, No rust anywhere, No dings, No dents. - New full floors, and center cross member, professionally restored. -Cross member, jack points, fenders, shock mounts, rocker panels are all rust free. No rust on frame or floors, a totally solid car. -Door seams are very straight, and doors close easily and tight. -Car was repainted in 2010 in the original red color. A very high quality job done in Imron Vivid Red, all trim removed, no tape lines or overspray anywhere. Paint is an 8.5 out of 10, no dirt, no sand marks, beautiful shine. -A few very tiny chips consistent with a driven car, touched up. Imron is a very long lasting, shiny, chip resistant paint. Mechanical: -Car drives extremely well, very solid feel, goes down the road straight, brakes all new and work fine. At 70 mph, no shakes in wheel, just planted to the road. -This car is an amazing handler. The new sport suspension and 14x6 inch wheels lower the car by an inch, are very compliant, but the turning g-forces this thing can do must be a .850 g’s. The new sport seats keep you planted in place, and it is extremely fun, like a 1900 lb go-cart! -Re-built engine starts and runs smoothly, no leaks, no smoking. Idles at 1k rpm, Revs smoothly to redline. -Clutch and 4-speed shift smoothly, syncros feel very good. -Factory electronic overdrive work great, chops about 850 rpms off 3rd and 4th gear when engaged -New stainless steel headers and full exhaust system, has that great “British Rasp” sound. -Tires: new General Ultimax 195/60/14 -Dual SU carbs are re-built and in good tune -Dash gauges all work fine. -New wipers work fine on both speeds. Interior: -Interior mostly original expect for the new sport seats and 3-point retractable seat belts. -Carpets are new. -Has an ABS dash cover pad, with a small hairline crack. A $70 replacement item. -Front windshield glass and gasket new. -Has new rear window gasket, and new door gaskets. -Needs a new turn signal, it works the lights but does not stay in the off position without help. A $75 item. -Trunk has original spare tire, hammer, wrench, and jack. No rust in trunk, just nice original red paint. -Have receipts for the parts bought in the resotration. 1969 MGB GT with Overdrive

Restored Condition, Awesome Handling

Tasteful mods make this very distinctive

Here is an Mint Condition 1969 MGB GT. It has undergone a full mechanical and cosmetic restoration, and can be driven daily. The prior restorer/owner drove the car every day to work and put 7160 miles on the car in the last 11 months (since completion). New: sheet metal, paint, floors, rebuilt engine, overdrive, sport suspension, seats, tires, brakes, etc. It is ready for your enjoyment now!

Body and Frame:

-No accident damage anywhere, No rust anywhere, No dings, No dents.

- New full floors, and center cross member, professionally restored.

-Cross member, jack points, fenders, shock mounts, rocker panels are all rust free. No rust on frame or floors, a totally solid car.

-Door seams are very straight, and doors close easily and tight.

-Car was repainted in 2010 in the original red color. A very high quality job done in Imron Vivid Red, all trim removed, no tape lines or overspray anywhere. Paint is an 8.5 out of 10, no dirt, no sand marks, beautiful shine.

-A few very tiny chips consistent with a driven car, touched up. Imron is a very long lasting, shiny, chip resistant paint.

Mechanical:

-Car drives extremely well, very solid feel, goes down the road straight, brakes all new and work fine. At 70 mph, no shakes in wheel, just planted to the road.

-This car is an amazing handler. The new sport suspension and 14x6 inch wheels lower the car by an inch, are very compliant, but the turning g-forces this thing can do must be a .850 g’s. The new sport seats keep you planted in place, and it is extremely fun, like a 1900 lb go-cart!

-Re-built engine starts and runs smoothly, no leaks, no smoking. Idles at 1k rpm, Revs smoothly to redline.

-Clutch and 4-speed shift smoothly, syncros feel very good.

-Factory electronic overdrive work great, chops about 850 rpms off 3^rd and 4^th gear when engaged

-New stainless steel headers and full exhaust system, has that great “British Rasp” sound.

-Tires: new General Ultimax 195/60/14

-Dual SU carbs are re-built and in good tune

-Dash gauges all work fine.

-New wipers work fine on both speeds.

Interior:

-Interior mostly original expect for the new sport seats and 3-point retractable seat belts.

-Carpets are new.

-Has an ABS dash cover pad, with a small hairline crack. A $70 replacement item.

-Front windshield glass and gasket new.

-Has new rear window gasket, and new door gaskets.

-Needs a new turn signal, it works the lights but does not stay in the off position without help. A $75 item.

-Trunk has original spare tire, hammer, wrench, and jack. No rust in trunk, just nice original red paint.

-Have receipts for the parts bought in the resotration.
