Vehicle Detail
If horsepower is important to you, then this is the vehicle for you, it came with more horsepower from the factory than other LS1 vehicles and 35 more horsepower than the manufacturer says it should have. I took the vehicle stock to the dyno and it registered at 316.7 Horsepower and 333.8 Torque at the wheels, this translates to about 359.9 Horsepower at the flywheel and 379.3 Torque. That’s 35 more horsepower than the manufacturer says it should have. The manufacturer says the WS6 has 325 Horsepower at the flywheel and 350 Torque. This vehicle had the highest horsepower out of about 20 something stock Camaros and Firebirds that were dynoed that day. The horsepower ranged from as low as 280 to 316.7 for the stock Camaros and Firebirds, both Ram Air and non-Ram Air. My car stock had even more horsepower than some of the lightly modified LS1s that were dynoed. Copy of the dyno results when vehicle was stock is below, I haven’t dynoed the vehicle with the mods, but it should definitely be over 400 horsepower at the flywheel. 1 driver. The vehicle was re-registered within household so it shows 2 owners, but driver has not changed, same driver since purchased new. Car has always been garaged, Very Clean, Never been in an accident and Never abused. Never driven in the winter and almost never driven in the rainWaxed with Zaino several times per year. Yes paint is original, but shines like it’s only 2-3 years old. There are some imperfections in the paint on the driver side of the roof, you can see the small dots in paint in the picture below, but not really too noticeable . Also one of the fog light lenses is cracked, but fog light works. Comes with Original Window Sticker, MSRP $31,700, Original Brochure which has details and specs on the Firebirds, Owner's Manual and other documents which are in the picture below. Appearance and SoundCustom embroidered WS6 head restsCustom polished aluminum WS6 PedalsCustom red calipers with “Trans Am” letteringSilver Gauges with "Firebird and WS6 emblem"Silver Bezels around vents, radio and door/window buttons, silver door sills Black Bird Stripes on hoodRed Harlan Shift lightTinted Glass – 20% Speakers - Replaced the 2 stock side panel speakers with 2 Bazooka 6.5 inch Sub-woofers. (See picture) Powered by factory amplifier, big improvement over stock speakers. Upgraded foglights to 55watts instead of the stock 27.5watts. I replaced the entire fog light housing and not just the bulbs. The plastic stock fog light housing would melt if you replace just the bulbs with with higher wattage. The new driver side foglight has a crack in it, but it still works, it must of got hit with a pebble. I still have the stock foglight housings, minus the bulbs, so if you want you can put back the stock fog light housings. Engine Mods - Only bolt ons - internals are all originalVolant Cold Air Induction – Lager Cold Air Intake than stock and larger than other aftermarket intakes so you get the most out of the Ram Air.GMMG Stainless Steel Chambered Exhaust, (it wasn't cheap, but it's the best sounding exhaust, check it out on Youtube) Same exhaust that comes on the Black BirdPaceSetter Stainless Steel Long Tube Headers Texas Speed 3” Y-PipeHigh flow CatsRed Shock Strut Tower BraceReplaced plugs when doing the headersPro 5.0 Shifter short throw shifter Maintenance Used only Synthetic Mobil 1 Oil, changed oil/filter every 3,000 miles Also, the following fluids were changed over the past 3 years Radiator fluidTransmission fluidRear differential fluid and gasketBrake fluid changed to synthetic brake fluid
