Sorry to have to repost this but I found a few issues I want any potential bidder to know about. Relisting allows me to add pics and I added a buy it now. I have 350+ pos feedbacks with 100% pos and in no way want to mislead anyone. I encourage to come and see the car during the auction. I have a nice 1967 Mustang Fastback for sale. I have owned this car for 19 years and am only selling it due to financial reasons. This is an original 390 4 speed car. It is a real "S" code car. It is not a GT. It is one of the very first big block cars ever made with a Sept 1966 build date. I drove this car for years before I began the restoration. It has all the original drivetrain parts except one head. One head was replaced with a correct 1967 mustang 390 service head. Remember this is a 66 build date car. I do, however, have a set of exactly correct date coded heads for the car/engine. The engine is original from the carb to the oil pan except for the head. I even still have the tag for the engine. The fan clutch is even original. The original top loader is still here. The original 9 inch rear end is with the car. The only part missing at this time is the factory shifter. I do have 2 hurst shifters that will go with the car. The car was originally Brittany Blue with a blue interior. I have painted it three stage red. I did not cut corners. I only used ppg on the finish. The body was media blasted to bare metal. The car was painted apart then assembled. I have the paint cans so you will have all the correct paint codes for the car. The car has been in my basement for several years and the paint will need to be wet sanded and buffed to be ready to go. There are some chips and a couple of minor/small scratches in paint. NOTE: THE PAINT WILL REQUIRE SOME WORK TO BE SPOT ON. There is a place on the right rear wheel well where rust was cut out and metal was replaced that has cracked. You will want to fix this. There are places on the body that I have already wet sanded to get rid of some imperfections. If you contact me I will go over the paint in closer detail over the phone. I added the GT fog lights and the turn signal hood. I also added the Shelby upper and lower side scoops. I added the rear fiberglass, lights and brackets from a shelby as well. There was very little rust in car, two small spots in rear wheel well, floor pans, the top of the inner fenders under hood and a place on the lower shock tower. All the places were fixed with new metal. The only exception to this is the lower shock tower which has not been done yet, you can see the place in the pic. There is a place on the lower firewall that was replaced but has not been sanded or painted yet as can be seen int the pics. The body is really really straight but please expect some minor touch ups on finish before it will be "ready to go". The interior is now black. All the upholstery is redone including seat foam. The folddown seat is redone and has all new chrome trim. The trap door has no speaker holes. I have added an overhead console and NICE lower 4 speed console. The dashpad is new. The car has a factory 6000 rpm tach. I have all oem tinted glass. I have receipts totalling over $10,000. This does not include all the swap meet parts and stuff I have gathered (it is probably another $4-5000). OK so here goes at least a partial list: Original 1967 disc brake set up (needs rotors and calipers need rebuilding)Upper and lower consolesoriginal 1967 ac set up. This is dash parts, engine parts, brackets, compressor, hoses and ventsAMK body bolt kitAll new weatherstripNew carpet, upholstery, headliner, window regulatorsNew fuel tank with drain and new internalsNew wheel well moldings and rocker moldingsOriginal 1967 power steeringOriginal 1967 power brakesNew Addco front and rear sway barsNew front and rear springs.New control arms with ball joints4 KYB shocksGT exhaust tipsGT rear valanceSpare correct date coded blockSpare big block top loaderGrant Mustang real wood steering wheelfactory assembly manuals9 inch Traction lock with new clutches and 3:50 gearsGood tiresAll the parts on the shelves for THIS car go with it. Here are the few things I can think of that the car will need: engine rebuiltclutchexhaust "butterfly" ( can get on Ebay for about $75)Shifter and linkage (can get on Ebay...not cheap)1967 wheels (it has 1968 wheels on the car)Chrome interior C pillar air extractors (available in reproduction or you can rechrome the originals that I have)assembly I am sure there are a few more minor pieces but this is all I can think of. I want you happy when you buy the car so E-mail me and I will give you my phone number to call me so you can ask any questions you may have.If you win the auction and when you see the car if you are not happy I will not hold you to the deal. All I ask is for you to cover the Ebay auction fee. $150 non refundable deposit (not $500 or $1000 deposit like some others) to cover those fees is due within 48 hours of auction end.If you have less than 10 feedbacks or neg feedback please contact me before bidding. I HAVE TITLE IN HAND... not just a bill of sale.Oh and one last thing, I will not ship! Please bring a big truck with you to pick it up. I really do have a ton of parts to go with this car. When I was building this car I was building it for me not to sell so I did not cut corners. Also note I am not a professional. I have done a good job but not a perfect job.
