Selling a 1976 Toyota Landcruiser FJ 40 for NO RESERVE!! The story on the cruiser! It was my dads, he bought it brandnew in 76 and its been his baby ever since! My parents recently divorced and this was awarded to my mom! Im just selling it for her so she can have cash cause she'll most likely never goning to use it! My dad is a mechanical engineer i dont know exactly everything that he had done to it but will try to describe everything as best as i can! I know he built and fabricated all of the bumper 3.5" front and back bumpers w 2" side bumpers! He reversed the leaf springs, painted the motors block burgandy, redid the head gasket and valve cover gasket not long ago,and had the body rhinolined, he also put brandnew yokahoma a/t tires on it! It has the straight 6 cylinder motor w only 129k original miles, manual 4 speed transmission,manual locking hubs for 4x4, solid axels, leather seats, drivers seat has a rip and back seats have rips, Good glass! No leaks from the motor or tranny! No A/c but came with a compressor and pullys for an a/c!? It has removable white hardtop! 4x4 works great! This toyota will go anywhere!! Everything is there! These crusers are top of the lne and are going up and up in value!! Becoming super rare and collectable! No signs of major rust just alittle bubbling where the rear seats bolt onto the body about the size of a half dollar no hole or anything major! Has front hookup for winch had a winch on it but he took it off before giving it up! :( I have tried describing it to the best of my knowledge!
