1963 dodge 440 polara type - 440 engine whith push button trans and 8.75 rear axel - car came from california and is rust free except for following areas -floorpan -can be patched but i would buy the floor pan easy its a simple 1 day repair - trunk floor has several small holes peeking through everything else is rust free includeing fenders doors trunklid quarters rockers the car is simply the nicest 63 i have ever seen -engine runs but needs the carb rebuilt -its been sitting 25 years - someone started putting on disk brakes from a cuda and the parts are still in the boxes -interior is fairly complete but needs reupholstery dash is all there and very nice - all windows are nice and work -most chrome on car still buffable - if it doesnt bring my $4000.00 reserve "the amount i paid for it " im keeping it and it will end up a perfect ramchargers clone grill is damaged but i have a good outer already am looking for the inner -no front bumper fiberglass bumpers cost $125 so thats not a big issue - you get the scoop in the pictures reason for sale > to many projects to little time you can call me at 98nine 2one3 sixty 1 oh nine Thanks for looking / Brian On Mar-31-12 at 05:24:04 PDT, seller added the following information: I have had alot of questons - heres a few answers , the reason the floor rusted out is simple horse hair matting under a rubber floor mat -once the brown matting gets wet the rubber holds the moisture in and poof just like mopar magic you get a perfectly rust free car with holes in the floors . #2 no i wont sell you the perfect rust free fenders for $1200.00 . #3 if you want the radio delete plate you can buy the car and sell the rest - that goes for the windshield also .you guys should get together and buy it and part the car im sure you would come out ahead - #4 the reserve is $4000.00 did you actualy read the ad where i put the reserve amount in it ? -theres currently 90 watchers with aprox 4 days to go - I run a Fair and Honest auction you guys are bidding against each other #5 NO i wont end early i did that once and the guy never came through with the money -#6 yes i can help load the car on your shipper "your responsible for all arrangements with the shippers #7 yes i am willing to sell it overseas to your country heres the important part > i will be paid in US currancy before the car leaves my garage ! and no i dont want to trade for a flock of camels or goats or date your toothless sister - I wish everyone happy bidding - you wont be disapointed in this car !
