Vehicle Detail
All original, except the new tires and wheels. Body has no rust and still shines with original paint color of Dark Chestnut Metallic. Interior is in pristine shape, and shows no signs of stains, wear or tears. Engine is all original with everything working. No leaks or drips. The truck drives and runs flawlessly, and all lights and dash equipment funciton properly. There are no known issues with either the body or the mechanicals. The body does have a few minor small scratches (see picture), but it does come with the two factor color touch up pens. Also, the truck comes with an extra set of chrome rims and new tires (see picture). The truck bed is also rust free, but does show signs of limited uses from a few scratches inside the bed. The bed mat and bed roll-up cover is included with the truck. This is an extremely nice truck for a 1988 model, and could be used for either an everyday truck or a collector's item. I purchased the vehicle from a dealership who took it in on a trade from the original owner, who kept extremely good care of the truck. It drives and sounds as good as it did new back in 1988. The dual chrome exhaust, chrome nerf bars and matching chrome bed rails were added by the original owner. The history of the truck indicates there was an "accident" back in 1996 or 1997. Before I purchased the truck, I found this was a very minor "accident" which involved minimal damage to a small area above the truck's left rear tail light, where I beleive the original owner backed into a parked car. The small area was repaired, and it is not noticable. We hate to sell this fine collector-style truck, but due to unforeseen events, we are forced to let it go to someone who can appreciate its beauty. We hold the Tennessee title to the truck, and feel free to email with any questions.
