It has original 102K miles. This T-Bird has an original 429 V8 engine. This California car is a very original vehicle and has been in the same family since it was purchased brand new. It has been parked in a garage for the past 12 years. I replaced the vinyl top to its original color and rebuilt the carburetor. The previous owner told me that he changed the engine and transmission oil. This classic Thunderbird drives smooth. The car comes with service records and books. It also comes with 4 original white hub caps. Exterior: The paint of this beautiful classic looks like it is the original paint. The body has some scratches, dents and paint imperfections. If you want to make it look great, it would new paint. It has small quarter size rust on the driver side quarter panel on the bottom. Interior: The interior of this car is all original and looks good. The dash has some thin cracks and the driver seat and door panel have small tears. I got a quote for fixing the dash, the seat and the door panel for $200.00 Mechanical: I am sure that the car needs mechanical maintenance, such as tuning, adjustments and service and etc. It may need belts and hoses and maybe break service for everyday driving. The passenger side power windows work, but the driver side power windows do not work. The A/C unit is all there, the compressor works, just needs Freon or service. Underneath the car there is some usual surface rust. The motor sounds good and the transmission shifts fine. To all California buyers, this Thunderbird has been registered as a non-operable vehicle to the DMV.
