Up for auction is a: 1953 Buick Eight Special It is a 2-door with t-post. This was the last year of the straight 8 cylinder motor. This was also the first year of the dynaflow transmission. This car was properly stored with approximately 150000 miles. All this "classic" needs is a little tender, loving care; paint job, new tires, a new battery, and spark plugs. It is missing one peice of side trim on the passenger front. I paid a licensed mechanic to shear the brake pin on the drivers side in order to remove it from Earl Deimer's family basement. Mr. Deimer owned two liquor stores and three restaurants in Hot Springs, Arkansas and was considerd a business partner to the "infamous" Al Capone. The original car title shows that this vehicle was financed by a fundemental company which was operated by Mr. Capone.
