For sale is my 1992 Mercedes 300SD. 195k miles, automatic transmission. 6 cylinder DIESEL engine. gets up to 30mpg. Can be easy converted to vegetable oil fuel. Body it`s in great shape. No damages, scratches. Paint still in good condition. Only on the roof are some spots from sun burn. Interior it`s in great shape. No rips on the leather and no damages. I never had any problems with the car, until yesterday when i parked in my garage after i come back from work. Next day i started without any problems, but i noticed that engine was running louder than usualy and was smoking a little bit. I live i cold area, mybe the problem it`s with diesel fuel on cold. I checked with a diesel shop from another state and they told me that the problem may be in the fuel infection pump that need to be cleaned and inspected, filters changed. Maybe needs a fuel sistem cleaned. Brand new injectors installed few months ago. My town it`s very small and we don`t have a diesel mecanic who can work on diesel Mercedes. Everything in this car works great. Vacuum doors works great, Transmision shifts smooth. This is a very strong car. Mercedes diesels are known for strong engines that can run to 500k miles without any problems. Even right now with this problem car starts right away, i`m not a mecanic so it needs a good diesel mecanic to clean all the fuel system and check the fuel injection pump. Clean title in my hands.
