I am the original owner of this 1972 Dodge Challenger Rallye. It has the original 340 cu. in. engine, a rebuilt automatic transmission, and the rallye instrument cluster. The car has not been restored but is in very good condition for a 40 year old vehicle. The original rallye wheels and trim rings are in the trunk and will go with the car. I have detailed service records, the window sticker, and the owners manual. As you can see in the pictures, there are small rust spots under the vinyl top near the driver's side back window and between the rear window and the trunk. The trunk pan is solid and the trunk lid has no surface rust but is rusted on the underside of the section that overhangs the tail lights. There is a small hole in the passenger side floor pan and there are a few bubbles on the rear quarters. This is a great Challenger that can be driven the day you take possession with no worries or concerns. It is very dependable and always starts right up. The engine runs strong and the transmission shifts smoothly. It always turns heads and gets "thumbs up" whenever I drive my baby. After 40 years, I've lost interest in keeping the car and I need the garage space. Please email any questions and I will answer as quickly as possible.
