Mechanics: This 01 Subaru runs like a champ, you can drive it anywhere and everywhere without a doubt. The engine is quiet and strong, it has a lot of pep and power for a small 4 cylinder engine that's GREAT ON GAS. Even with the miles, there are no mechanical problems. There is no engine knock, NO CHECK ENGINE LIGHT, this car does NOT smoke, it does NOT over heat, it does NOT leak oil, it does NOT stall or have any other mechanical failures. The suspension and handling is very tight, it is not bouncy. When you drive on the highway it is very smooth but there is a noise coming from the wheels on acceleration. I believe it is a wheel bearing noise and it does get louder on acceleration but I've gone 90MPH+ with no issues whatsoever. The car drives straight and is very stable at high speeds or any speeds. This car has been cared for the car with maintenance up to date. I have been personally driving this car on a daily basis so I know how great the car drives! The transmission shifts very SMOOTH, all gears work fine. There is NO jerk, there is NO hard shift, and there is NO hesitation.The diagnostic computer check found that there were no codes and no known issues and my mechanic said there were no mechanical issues and the car will not have a problem passing any state inspection. NO check engine or any other warning lights on dash. All windows, locks, electrics inside that car are fully functional, the first knob on the climate control that changes the vents from hot to cold is missing. I will try to find a replacement and will let you know if I can find one. 4 great BRAND NEW Affinity Firestone TIRES with plenty of tread. Rims are well kept, no signs of curb rash. Body: This car is clean and well kept and the overall body on this car is in good condition but there are a few rock chips on the hood and fenders, a bit of rust on the right side rear wheel well by the tires and the trunk hatch bar on the left side. There are some light scratches from normal wear and tear on the left quarter panel and some parts of the doors. AS YOU CAN SEE FROM THE PICTURES, the general body is very straight and there is actually NO body damage, NO DENTS, NO ACCIDENTS, just normal, minimal wear and tear.
