Vehicle Detail
Hello up for auction is a 95 Chevy Cheyenne 2500 3/4ton ext cab 4x4. Auto with OD. The truck has 188,000 miles just over 45,000 on a rebuilt. Truck comes with a western hydro-turn snowplow that was installed in the fall so it is the first year it was used as a plow truck. It was a used plow but worked perfect. It has the 5.7 in it and runs really good only problem is there is a vacuum leak somewhere as when you let off the gas when stopping it idles down a little then pops right back up. It has been like that since the motor was done and I'm no mechanic and could never figure it out. Never bothered me so never bothered. Other than that it runs flawlessly. Idles fine lots of power no hesitation runs just like it should. Lots and lots of new parts Alt, 02 censer, radiator, Coil when they did the motor new distributor put in, Brake booster (I believe that's where my vacuum leak came from) Has new brakes put on I believe they still need to be bled more but work fine and the list goes on and on. I know there is a very very small gas leak somewhere cant see it but sometimes on a calm day I can smell it but nothing there. I just had brand new tires installed a set of 33s they have less that 1000 miles on them. I also have a new 33in spare I bought 5 of them but that one not on a rim, and as you can see from pictures the stock rims and tires I also have the caps and they will go with the truck. Tires are ok on stock rims would be fine for summer but winter I decided I needed new one. And as you can see the truck looks pretty tough with the new tires on. Its a 3/4 ton so it pushes snow like crazy and as you can see from pics of the plow on its a 3/4 ton does not even squat with the plow raised in the front. The body is decent It does have rust on the cab corners and rockers (like most chevy's) and bottom of fenders are rusted but the fender flares cover most. The whole entire bottom of the truck as you can see in pics has been shot with chip guard and then shot with undercoating mainly to stop any other rust and the bed has been shot with ryno lining. Only 1 dent really in the truck pass rear on the bed other than that some scuffs and scraps and clear coming of on the hood a bit but it looks way better than most. The interior is pretty good really clean there a tear in the drivers side seat but I have the cover over it so cant see it but want you to know its there. Rest is good. Good radio heat works great and also has air and works also. had recharged last spring. All the glass is good no cracks or chips the door windows do not roll down. When I bought it I was told that they only rolled down half way and then would sometimes come off the track I don't know, never looked into it as it has the AC and I just pop the 2 rear windows open if need be. Has a rear bully bumper with hitch tail gate opens and closes by pulling bar not all rusted away and falling off really nice. Doors all open and close as they should no bad door pins or sagging doors like alot of chevys. 4x4 works great just as it should with the new tires isn't much it cannot handle was great pushing the snow this winter (well the little snow we got) Plows in good shape does the job couple rust spots on it could use some paint if that's what you'd like. Solid underside no problems at all no crack or bent frames no rusted frame or holes no patch jobs Its solid. All in all really nice truck I mainly kept it at our cottage to plow snow and run around thru deer season and maybe sometimes a little firewood as you can see from photos I never hauled alot its not all wore down the springs and such sits as it should for a 3/4ton. No lifts or anything all factory just the bigger tires and like I said they haven't been on long. Sold our cottage and already have a plow on my Dodge crew cab so don't need another truck here at the house so its time to sell. Hate to see it sit outside here and rot away from not being used This is a really nice truck really hate to sell it and see it go it runs good, looks really good for a 95 but just don't need it anymore. Has always been stored inside the pole building at our cottage fresh oil change synthetic oil only and only ever ran premium in it, so it is well taken care of and never beat on. If your looking for a great truck to haul around your family or work this is it. And hard to find a 2500 in the ext cab most are 1500s and to me no good with a plow on them at all. Only used it to plow our access road and driveway maybe 3 times this year but plows better than our new dodge by far. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask, I am selling with NO RESERVE with a low starting bid Highest bidder wins. Out of state buyer no problem you can drive this truck anywhere across country with no problems or worries at all!!! Thanks for Looking and Goodluck!
